Abstract
Aiming at the fact that the ship's roll, pitch and sway when it sails at sea will affect the detection accuracy of shipborne weather radar, a shipborne stabilization platform is designed based on Stewart mechanism in this paper. The stabilization platform, driven electronically, is used to isolate the movement carrier disturbance. This stabilization platform has the advantages of high accuracy, light weight and large load carrying capacity. Force analysis of the stable platform is carried out by ANSYS software. The stress distribution and deformation under its extreme attitude are obtained, which can greatly improve the design accuracy and shorten the design cycle. Practice has shown that the shipborne radar stabilization platform can ensure that the turntable of the antenna feed system is always perpendicular to the horizontal plane through real-time attitude adjustment. The reasonable design can meet the application requirement.
