    Analysis and Optimization of Heat Dissipation of Battery Charger Considering Solar Radiation

    • Charger is a type of outdoor charging equipment. Outdoor environment challenges the reliable and stable operation of charger. Whether the charger has good heat dissipation ability while meeting the requirements of high outdoor protection becomes one of the important indicators for evaluating its environment adaptability and operation stability. In this paper, the solar radiation model in sunny days is adopted to calculate the external heat load of the charger. The thermal simulation technology is used to analyze the impact of the solar radiation on the charger. The necessity of considering solar radiation in heat dissipation design is proposed. By optimizing the heat dissipation of the charger, a practical cooling scheme is obtained, which provides a reference for the application of the charger in special environments.
