    Application Analysis for Digital Research and Development of Radar Products Based on Industrial 4.0

    • The research and development of large-scale phased array radar equipment is a complex system engineering. With increase of performance requirements of electronic equipment and accelerating upgrading, the traditional research and development model can no longer meet the market demand. The digital research and development model is required, combined with advance design methods and information technology. Based on the development characteristics of radar electronic equipment, the key technologies of model-based enterprise (MBE), digital prototype collaborative research and development based on model-based system engineering (MBSE), product digital maintenance and health management, intelligent workshop, etc. are studied in this paper. And product innovation and product production technology optimization are proposed based on the industrial 4. 0 system framework. The application of two dimensions is of great significance for the intelligent and customized research and development of complex electronic equipment.
