Technology of Final Assembly Pulse Production Line Based on Aero Engine

Based on the characteristics of aero engine assembly production and the actual needs of aero engine development in China, a flexible final assembly pulse production line is designed. Based on the deep analysis of the flexibility and efficiency of the production line and the actual investigation of the aero engine assembly process, and according to the specific application of pulse production line in the final assembly of aero engine, the paper puts forward the assembly ideals covering two value stream, AGV engine assembly platform, AGV central control system and assembly quality data system throughout the whole production process, and assembly testing tools improving the assembly quality and efficiency to realize the aero engine pulse assembly and the tracing and real-time control of assembly data, and help the final assembly of aero engine efficiently and accurately.
