Abstract
The assembly of antenna array is usually based on the antenna framework as basis and the assembly accuracy determines whether the antenna telecommunication index meets the requirements. The antenna framework of a large array radar is deformed after long-term use, so it cannot be used as assembly basis. How to carry out high precision assembly without original basis is studied. This paper analyzes the current situation, selects the new basis, determines the optimal assembly sequence, designs the tooling and process assembly parts, reasonably selects the target mark and uses the laser tracker to monitor the assembly accuracy in real time. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by field assembly and the assembly is completed with higher index. The electrical performance test result shows that the assembled antenna array is in good running condition with stable index and meets the application requirements.
