Automatic Test Production Line of General T/R Module

T/R module is the most important part of phased array radar. It has a large number of indexes to be tested and its control signal is complex. The automatic test production line is urgently needed to increase the production rate. An automatic production line of general T/R module is developed in this paper according to the characteristics of the T/R module such as the cooling style, indexes to be tested, the metrics and physical dimension, etc. This automatic production line is composed of cooling system, robot and intelligent cabinet. The adjustment and test show that this automatic production line can not only meet all requirements of this kind of T/R module test, but also meet the requirements of different T/R modules after partially adjusted. It has already been delivered to the production department and put into use.
