Abstract
Aiming at the problem of excessively high module temperature in the line replaceable module (LRM) structure of a certain type of airborne equipment of the Navy, a high heat dissipation air-cooled rack that can improve the cooling efficiency and integration of the module is proposed to achieve high heat dissipation and high integration of the airborne equipment. By designing the movable air-cooled baffle structure, the flow form of the cooling air is improved, the heat transfer path of the high heat consumption LRM module is shortened and the heat dissipation resistance is reduced, the heat dissipation capacity of the module is improved and integration of the airborne equipment is thus improved. Air-cooled racks are actually produced and structure thermal tests are carried out. The verification conclusions obtained prove that the correctness and feasibility of this research.
