A Design Method of Workshop Management System for Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise

In view of lack of information foundation, the recording and feedback of process data and plan report through paper documents or excel, obvious randomness of production scheduling, passive problem handling and other management problems of discrete small and micro manufacturing enterprises, a design method of workshop management system for the discrete small and micro manufacturing enterprise is proposed in this paper. Multi-source data collection and data penetration are achieved by means of ETL tools and scheduling module. The order model, process model, team model and scheduling model are established by relational data modeling method and then a workshop management system is established which can automatically decompose orders, penetrate multiple systems and realize the scheduling and deduction of enterprises. This system can effectively improve the scheduling efficiency and management efficiency of small and micro manufacturing enterprises and reduce costs.
