Abstract
In order to improve the adaptability of the printed circuit board (PCB) to the abominable environment, the rigid reinforcement structure of the mainboard in an airborne rugged computer is developed and the calculation method of the natural frequency of the mainboard is given in this paper. The modal analysis of the mainboard module and the whole machine structure is carried out by ANSYS Workbench simulation software, and the natural frequencies and vibration weak points of the mainboard and the mainboard module are obtained. By taking rigid reinforcement improving measures for the vibration weak points, the natural frequencies of the mainboard and the mainboard module are effectively increased. The random vibration simulation analysis of the whole machine structure after improvement is carried out and the response displacement of the mainboard in the simulation analysis and the theoretical limit of the single amplitude of the mainboard are compared. The result shows that the rigid design of the mainboard module can meet the anti-abominable environment requirements of the equipment. Thus the rigid design of the PCB board in the rugged computer is realized.
