Abstract
The antenna measurement turntable is an important device in the antenna measurement system. It provides scanning motion required for antenna measurement and provides real-time antenna position information. Aiming at the problem that the Ka-band communication antenna requires high positioning accuracy of the measurement turntable, while the current antenna measurement turntable is difficult to meet the measurement requirements of the larger-diameter Ka-band antenna, a four-degree-freedom turntable is designed and the main factors causing positioning errors are analyzed in this paper. The combined application of direct drive and dual-motor drive anti-backlash measures realizes the design of a high-precision antenna measurement turntable, which is highly economical while meeting high-precision requirements.
