Exploration and Practice on Construction of Discrete Intelligent Assembly Workshop

Based on a real intelligent assembly workshop project, this paper systematically studies the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in discrete assembly workshop. Firstly, the domestic and international development of the intelligent assembly workshop is introduced. The construction framework of discrete intelligent assembly workshop and the overall construction idea of intelligent assembly workshop are proposed. Then, the key technologies of intelligent assembly workshop are studied in detail from several aspects, such as the workshop information management system and the construction of pulse assembly production line. Finally, the practical application of intelligent manufacturing technology is verified by the construction of the intelligent assembly workshop for a radar electronic equipment.
