    Optimization Design of a Measurement and Control Antenna Bracket

    • In the aerospace field the load weight on satellite directly affects the launch cost of satellite. In order to reduce the antenna weight on satellite, taking the measurement and control antenna bracket of a satellite as the research object, the bracket design is improved by traditional method and topology optimization on premise of satisfying the electrical property and mechanical property of the antenna in this paper. Then the antenna is simulated and analyzed by Workbench and the modal response curves and the stress nephograms of sinusoidal vibration are obtained. By comparing and analyzing the simulation results, the optimal structural design scheme of the bracket is obtained. The bracket is designed by topology optimization and processed by the additive manufacturing technology (3D printing technology). Not only it meets the requirements of various performance indexes, but also its weight is reduced by 20.3% and its production time is shortened by nearly 60%.
