Development Trend and Practice of Digital Workshop of Complex Electronic Equipment

Facing the manufacturing needs of complex electronic equipment workshop with high reliability, high performance, high flexibility, high quality and high efficiency, in this paper the development status of complex electronic equipment digital workshop at home and abroad is analyzed from the dimensions of architecture, enabling technology, industrial software, intelligent equipment and demonstration project, the shortcomings of the current construction of complex electronic equipment digital workshop at home is described and the exploration and practice cases of digital workshop construction in a complex electronic equipment enterprise are introduced. Combined with the current development trend of intelligent manufacturing technology, the application of ”5G + Industrial Internet”, network collaborative manufacturing, digital twin, green manufacturing and other technologies in the digital workshop of complex electronic equipment is analyzed to provide some ideas for the layout of new technologies, applications and modes of digital workshop in this field.
