Design and Practice of Integrated Backplane Mixed-flow Assembly Lines

The integrated backplane is an important part of radar, which has typical production characteristics of multi-variety and variable batches. In the background of digital workshop construction, this article introduces the assembly process and production status of integrated backplane, carries out the balanced design of production beat, the station layout design and the process card design for the mixed-flow assembly lines of integrated backplane, augments the man-machine collaboration equipment, which completes the design and implementation of the mixed-flow assembly lines. The construction of the assembly lines realizes the mixed-flow production and the automation of some work processes of the integrated backplane, which effectively improves the assembly quality and the production efficiency of the integrated backplane.
