Abstract
In view of the characteristics of miniaturization, lightweight and high heat consumption of certain airborne electronic equipment, the structure design process of the liquid cooling integrated frame is introduced from the perspectives of internal module layout, integration of structure and function, blind plug design of electrical and waterway interconnection, design of heat dissipation structure and flow channel, electromagnetic compatibility design, and so on. The mechanical simulation and the thermal simulation are carried out for the solid model of the integrated frame and the engineering prototype is tested and verified. The results show that the design of the liquid cooling frame meets the application requirements, which has a good reference significance for future engineering application.
